Custom title on Styling Page-Links in WordPress

I have written a post which is very big, that's why i am trying to split that single post using <!--nextpage--> known as the Page-Link tag.

But the title for the further pages are "My WordPress Post Title - Page 2 of 6". This is by default and i dont want this. I'd like to use a custom title for each pages of the post.

I am using Twenty Fifteen theme.

Is there any easy and possible way to solve it or any plugin like yoast which has this option?
