Android Browser javascript error only on Mobile Network

Strange Problem here. When my responsive wordpress website is running on an android mobile device connected to Wi-Fi, it works just fine. However, when that same website is running on a LTE/#g/4G Mobile network, I lose some of the javascript functionality and get errors. I can't figure out why, or how to fix the error.

my sample site is orgcircle.net if you'd like to try!

Here is a video of the experience so you can see for yourself! I used remote debugging with my android cell phone and Chrome on my Windows machine to generate this output http://ift.tt/1BFXNsN

As you see, the website works just fine on Wi-Fi, but I get javascript error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Autocomplete' of undefined on inline index:654.

This does not happen on desktops/laptops at all, nor on mobile devices on Wi-Fi. But on Android using a mobile network (in USA Im assuming) I get this error. It does not allow me to use the "primary menu" or the "search" icon. I just get the regular "

This is quite strange to me. Any ideas?
