Upload Wordpress Content (wp-content/upload/ Direcroty) to another

I installed wordpress on my domain (e.g. example.com), and configured FTP on another server with FTP account and address (e.g. cdn.example.com). how I can change upload directory to FTP server (with plugin or not).
