My Smtp message is sent perfectly but showed on the same page whenever email is sent from the form?

My Site is using wordpress and I am using WP-mail SMTP plugin to use smtp setting to send emails . But whenever a mail is sent from my website form the same message is also displayed with SMTP details on the same page with the message . Am frustrated with those mesgs . How can i stop them showing on the same page . Mails aree going perfect but it looks quite annoying . Help is deeply appreciated . http://ift.tt/1DS4Ggh
