How To Automatically Delete A Post With A Certain Word In Wordpress

I own and auto blog blog site but there are post that sometimes I really don't like. what i want to happen is to delete all post that have certain word or letters or characters in their titles.

I know I can do it manually but since there are too many posts (already more than 400+) I think it's very time consuming to do it.

Are there any plugin that may help to auto delete a blog post?
