chittika Ads not showing in wordpress

I have wordpress website here in theme file footer.php i have add chittika code but ads are not shown ads code is in java script. Anyone have any idea what is problem if Anyone knows please help me. I am stuck here.Chittika directly plugin is available but i want to upload code manually
