Wordpress doesn't load javascript and css files (redirect)

My wordpress blog doesn't load javascript files.

This link redirect homepage : http://ift.tt/1AYdbnf

But this link work : http://ift.tt/18BuyRA

I remove ?ver= and works fine.

This link work fine with ?ver= request : http://ift.tt/1AYdazI

What is problem ?
