What's the best hosting provider in 2015

Hosting companies suck... all of them - and I hate them. They're all liars first off with their claims of 99.x% uptime... that's BS.

Had to say that first. Anyway, my question is... is there anywhere I can look to see a true comparison of hosting companies. I've looked everywhere, but every comparison I see has been dirtied by those nasty hosting companies. If you look at cNet reviews, every review has a 'save x% by using cnet promo code'. They're all influenced by the hosting companies. And that goes for other places too. And, when I see crap like Weebly in the list, it's obviously BS. And when you see Host Gator at the top of the list, it's also BS (Host Gator SUCKS as much as Godaddy). I seen some comparisons on Stack Overflow, by they're from years ago.

So, is there anywhere you a can get a truthful and up to date comparison of hosting companies?

I know someone's going to say, "what are you using it for?". General. Just, in general. I'll be using it for hard-coded, WordPress, & Joomla sites. Maybe hosting multiple. I don't care if it's in the cloud or just plain shared. Not VPS. Not dedicated. Just general. Thanks!
