wordpress 403 Forbidden when using WooCommerce

I'm using WooCommerce plugin and I'm facing 403 Forbidden error when I use my test client-profile to add the item to the cart. I've tried to do something with the .htaccess file, but I can't even access it (550 .htaccess: Permission denied)
