how to find and remove leading and trailing spaces in php?

how to find and remove leading and trailing spaces in php? my wordpress admin shows blank page even i have enabled error reporting, it is not showing any error.It might be due to leading or trailing blank spaces in php file. is there any way to find and remove it? or any other solution to find what is the exact issue?
