selenium: Google Analytics takes long to load

I am using Google Analytics by Yoast plugin for WordPress, which basically loads Google analytics. some website visitors reported that it takes long time load which I managed to replicate (attached with the screenshot). I traced the Javascript code it does not seem to be a problem yet the UA still takes sometime to load.
